As the CEO of AdvisoryKONNECT and one of the principal Co-Founders of AdvisoryKONNECT, Khawar is responsible for the strategic management of the company’s unique platform to support global brands in building innovative sourcing models and bringing together end users and enterprises.
With over 20 years of experience across the Outsourcing, Technology and Consulting industry, Khawar has been responsible for building and driving sales strategies for leading ITO and BPO sourcing firms across Europe.
Most recently Khawar was responsible for driving Aegis’ BPO’s growth across Europe, prior to his role at Aegis Khawar spent over 5 years at Sutherland Global Services establishing Sutherland’s organic growth and brand in Europe, his previous roles have, also included ClientLogic (now SITEL) as Commercial Director responsible for driving business development and account management for their largest clients within the Telecoms vertical.
Khawar was also responsible for driving ICT Group’s (now Sykes) business and strategic relations across the region as their European Client Services Director. Khawar is an engineer from the University of Kingston UK, and has held a variety of operational, sales and account management roles. Khawar is well respected within the BPO industry and seen as thought leader and advisor to many BPO and end user firms across the world.
Khawar is a thought leader by many of his peers in the sourcing industry specializing in commercial and growth strategies, and is regularly invited to provide insight about the sourcing industry. Khawar is also recognized by many governments as a subject matter expert for inward development, and regularly advises many Economic Ministers around the world.
Khawar also works closely with many start-up firms in offering business and funding advice. Khawar studied engineering in London and has passion of cars and football; he is married and has two children a boy and girl (twins) that keep him very busy.
